    I dont think id even take on a job of vines like that where you cant see what your cutting. Not worth it to me. Or else i woild charge accordingly to walk out every square foot of the property prior to find all the garbage.

    Now wait a minute. Your vid title says he’s angry but then in the vid you said he was “nice about it”. Man lying clickbait titles will piss your viewers off if that matters to ya. I think the land owner should’ve been upset because you needlessly wrecked a LOT of his grass that it looks like he struggles to keep growing. You continued to attack from the outside crushing his grass A pro would have cut into the demolition area and kept his machine in it. Hopefully it’s your brother-in-law or cousin or somebody that’s understanding. lol 😝

    I don't get it why would you remove it, it offers good privacy from neighbours, looked great and offers plenty homes for birdies. This obsession with lawns and monocultures needs to end. Plus the guy making the video didn't even get the conversation with the angry neighbour.

    I like that you explain the job and get to work. Some talk for 10 min and then talk all the way through and I tune in to see the work so thank you for that. Also I like when the camera is pointed at the job so it’s like I am standing there watching rather than sitting inside the skid steer with you. Just a personal preference. Great video. Thanks

  • @DanielBarrett-og7sv
    @DanielBarrett-og7sv 23 дня назад

    This is the problem that they are having it right now in California with all of the brush and forest fires all of that rotten vegetation underneath the bushes needs to be done away with it also puts nutrients back into the soil and the trees that were left behind will have a chance to breathe and grow taller and pretty soon grass will grow back there and as it does get taller it will get Taller and the neighbors will regain their privacy also it will help that creek running through their flow better and that should be dragged to make a clear channel and get out all of the iObstructions

  • @TexMarque
    @TexMarque 24 дня назад

    The property owner did the right thing IMO. I'm no fan of raccoons or skunks around my house. Nor am i a fan of allowing prairie fires fuel in a long drought. Most of the residential areas locally are maintained as woodland and are mowed regularly. The owner can plant a living privacy fence which would be easier to maintain than a wild area.

    To make it easier for the excavator, as an operator, you can simply drive over that shit with the blade pointing ahead and flatten everything in no time, also it is one of the most fun tasks to do! Crunching everything, how you dare do my job easier 😅 if you are good it is also possible to transplant most of the vegetation back into place after work is done, some trees might be pointing sideways but an outsider will not know the difference.

    Personally I don't see the need for what was done. the thick brush provided a great barrier, and both properties seemed to have plenty of open grass areas.

    Dude it looks great. Good work. Risky business getting so close to the line from the telephone pole at the beginning. I would of been in there with my hands & saw to clear a 3-4ft radius before I went in with my machine. You did excellent work. I run a landscaping business, and always want to do more (the leftover vines hanging in the trees, etc, -- but, you got done what the customer needed. Well done brother!!

    Everyone has an opinion on something they don't own and didn't pay for. Just how entitled are you? If you want to save something, then buy it. If you don't own it, mind your own business. Look at the other side...not a damn thing growing and it appears to have been sprayed with a herbicide. If the neighbors wanted trees, then they should have left there's in place.

    Its not where you were working, but you can see at the end of the video where the landowners have cleared too much vegetation up to the point where the water begins. Vegetation and cover on and near the banks are critical for the life of a river. Once stripped, the water no longer has protection from the evaporation due to the heat as well as the significant evaporation effect that occurs just from the light hitting the water (even if there is no heat). Sick rivers and stream due to stripping of vegetation on the banks is one of the main causes of increasing water shortages in many areas. The water evaporates quicker and streams/rivers/ponds dry up quicker and dont reach destinations they used to reach. This cover effect as all gardeners and farmers know is critical to prevent the soil from drying out too. In general, we are so clueless when it comes to land and water management and we are the cause of most of our water problems.

    Everyone complaining about removing the “tree line” welp, I’d do it too because they are not trees, it is scrub from when the birds poop out seed when hanging out on the power lines above it and, crap grows from the undigested seeds. It’s not a pretty type of green. It is unorganized and mostly unidentifiable with no correct spacing for plant health. It just ruins that area if one wanted to put in something nice as one cannot plant over dying roots.

    I like the open look. Once the grass spreads under the trees it will look pretty. Or they could scatter wild flowers under there. That little watercourse, or creek, could have been getting clogged with all the small stuff.
